The Committee on Education and Public Works proposes the following Amendment No. 1 to H. 3502 (COUNCIL\CM\3502C002.GT.CM21):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking Section 56-5-1538(I)(2) and inserting:

/(2)'Emergency services personnel' means fire, police, or emergency medical services personnel (EMS), or towing vehicle operators responding to an emergency incident./
