Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/ SECTION.__Article 4, Chapter 31, Title 23 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 23-31-2 50.Notwithstanding another provision of law, a person who lawfully openly carries a firearm pursuant to this article, may openly carry his firearm in the Statehouse or on the Statehouse grounds." /
