Amend the bill, as and if amended, in SECTION 1, by adding an appropriately lettered new subsection to Section 59-158-70 to read:

/ ( ) A name, image , or likeness contract shall be void if an intercollegiate athlete is arrested and charged with a felony pursuant to Section 16-1-90. /
