Amend the bill, as and if amended, on page 5, by striking lines 41-43, and on page 6, by striking line 1 and inserting:

License plates for medals specified in subsection (A), except for Korean War license plates pursuant to subsection (A)(4), are subject to the regular motor vehicle registration fee contained in Article 5, Chapter 3, Title 56.
