Senator GROOMS proposes the following amendment (AGM SANTEE COOPER FUNDS TRANSFER):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 538, after line 28, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/(GP: Funds Transfer to Santee Cooper) Of the funds appropriated in Act 91 of 2019 by Proviso 118.16, Item (4)(b) to the Department of Administration for Professional Services, the remaining balance shall be transferred as follows: $2,000,000 to the Office of Regulatory Staff; $1,000,000 to the Public Service Commission; and the balance to Santee Cooper. /

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
