Senators GROOMS, RANKIN, and SCOTT proposes the following amendment (4100R044.SP.LKG.DOCX):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 538, after line 28, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/117.__.(GP: Funds Transferred to Santee Cooper) The funds held by the Department of Administration, related to the implementation of Act 91 of 2019, shall be transferred as follows and for the purposes of reforming Santee Cooper: $2,000,000 to the Office of Regulatory Staff; $1,000,000 to the Public Service Commission; and the balance to Santee Cooper./

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
