Senators JACKSON and KIMPSON propose the following amendment (DAD M EMANUEL REVERT):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 554, proviso 118.18, line 14, by inserting:

/ (81.1) From the funds appropriated to the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism in Item (81)(a) for the Mother Emanuel Foundation Capital Infrastructure, in the event the memorial is not constructed, the $2,000,000 appropriated in this item shall revert to the General Fund. /

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
