Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered Section to read:

/ SECTION __. Act 777 of 1988, as last amended by Act 607 of 1992, is further amended by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION at the end to read:

"SECTION __ .Not withstanding another provision of law, after June 30, 2022, a candidate for the Lancaster County School District Board of Trustees may not expend more than five hundred dollars in the aggregate during an election cycle to influence the outcome of the candidate's election."/
