Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered Section to read:

/ SECTION __. Act 777 of 1988, as last amended by Act 607 of 1992, is further amended by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION at the end to read:

"SECTION __ .Notwithstanding another provision of law, after June 30, 2022, a candidate for the Lancaster County School District Board of Trustees is prohibited from soliciting or accepting a campaign contribution as defined by Section 8-13-1300(7)."/
