EXPLANATION:

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 86, COUNTY TRANSPORTATION FUNDS, page 444, after line 29, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/ (CTC: "C" Funds) Of the funds appropriated, at least fifteen percent of a county's apportionment of "C" funds must be expended in the rural areas of the county. /

Amend totals and titles to conform.
