EXPLANATION: Suspends Act 35 of 2021 pertaining to college athletes NIL(Name Image Likeness) .

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 542, after line 31, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ (GP: Name Image Likeness) For fiscal year 2022-23, Act 35 of 2021 in its entirety pertaining to intercollegiate athlete (NIL) name, image, or likeness is suspended./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
