Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 44-41-90(B) and inserting:

Although there is no peer reviewed research indicating the safety of this advice, the State of South Carolina requires notification to all abortion patients that if after taking the first pill, you would like to change your decision, you may consult a physician or health care provider immediately to determine whether there are options available to assist you in continuing your pregnancy. Although there is no peer reviewed research indicating the safety of this advice, the State of South Carolina requires notification to all abortion patients that medication is also available by prescription to help restore progesterone if you and your physician make that decision.' /
