Rep. OTT proposes the following Amendment No. to S. 935 (COUNCIL\WAB\935C010.RT.WAB22):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by striking Section 59-8-110(A)(4)(d) and inserting:

/ (d) has an educational curriculum that includes courses set forth in the state 's diploma requirements and where the students attending are administered national achievement or state standardized tests, or both, at progressive grade levels to determine student progress; at the start of each school year, a religious school must post:

(i) primary textbooks and instructional materials; and

(ii) an overview of instructional topics. /
