Rep. Murphy proposes the following amendment (LC-3254.PH0002H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by deleting SECTION 1.

Amend the bill further, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. SECTION 3 of Act 593 of 1992, as last amended by Act 254 of 2022 is repealed.
