Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 110, STATE ETHICS COMMISSION, page 469, after line 5, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/ (ETHICS: Lobbyists and Lobbyist Principal Registration) Any individual paid to influence decisions or actions of officials or employees of any local political subdivision of the State, to include counties, cities, towns, municipalities, school districts, or special purpose districts must register as a lobbyist and their employer must likewise register as a lobbyist principal. The State Ethics Commission may retain, expend, and carry forward all revenue from the collection of the registration fees. /

Amend totals and titles to conform.
