Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Article 7, Chapter 17, Title 16 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

Section 16-17-509. The sale of any flavored tobacco product is prohibited in the State of South Carolina.
