Reps. King and Bamberg propose the following amendment (LC-474.SA0399H):

Amend the Bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by adding a Section to read:

Section 44-41-750. I f a woman is the victim of sexual assault that is considered to be incest and is denied access to an abortion because of time expiry, the child resulting from the pregnancy must be provided genetic counseling upon being brought to term for twenty-five years.
