Rep. Magnuson proposes the following amendment (LC-4624.VR0035H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by adding:

 Section 44-42-370. A physician, mental health provider, or other health care professional who violates any provision of Section 44-42-320 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
