The Committee on Judiciary proposes the following amendment (LC-4364.SA0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 5, by striking Section 61-6-1570(A)(2) and (3) and inserting:

  (2) requires a customer to provide a valid government-issued identification at the time of pick up;
  (3) prohibits the use of curbside delivery or pick up service by an intoxicated person or a person under the age of twenty-one; and
  (4) requires the employee delivering sealed containers of alcoholic liquors to a customer's vehicle to be twenty-one years or older.
