Senator Senn proposes the following amendment (SR-423.JG0004S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 4, by striking Section 44-53-2410(A)(4) and inserting:

  (4) no more than three therapeutic cannabis pharmacy licenses in any single county;
