Senator Tedder proposes the following amendment (SMIN-423.AA0025S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 4, Section 44-53-2370, by adding a subsection to read:

 (E) The department shall not prohibit the accurate listing of ingredients on a cannabis product that is a beverage.
