Senator Cash proposes the following amendment (SR-423.JG0010S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 4, by striking Section 44-53-2410(A)(6) and inserting:

  (6) the number of integrated operator licenses allowable pursuant to this section as recommended by the commission as being sufficient to enable the department to analyze, assess, and compare the various business models in the written reports required by Section 44-53-2380(B) and SECTION 12; and
