Reps A.M. Morgan and Magnuson propose the following amendment (LC-4927.VR0024H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by adding:

Section 44-12-25. The Secretary of Health and Policy is prohibited from receiving any compensation from any industry regulated by the Executive Office of Health and Policy while serving as secretary. For purposes of this section, "compensation" means the same as that term is defined in Section 8-13-100(6).
