Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 3, LOTTERY EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT, page 332, paragraph 3.6, after line 6, by inserting:

/(..)Summer Feeding Program...$3,000,000 /

Amend totals and titles to conform.
