EXPLANATION: The State Election Commission shall not charge for a voter list requested by an individual or political party.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 102, ELECTION COMMISSION, page 481, after line 34, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ (ELECT: Voter List Fees) The State Election Commission shall not charge a fee for printing and supplying a voter list to an individual or political party./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
