Rep. J. L. Johnson proposes the following amendment (LC-4289.SA0039H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 59-101-680, by adding a subsection to read:

 (J) No provision of this chapter shall be construed as to limit or prohibit a public institution of higher learning's compliance with the requirements of relevant academic accrediting bodies.
