Senator Tedder proposes the following amendment (SMIN-994.MW0008S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 44-95-65, by adding a subsection to read:

 (U) Funds collected pursuant to civil penalties in subitem (N) shall be distributed to an ENDS Compliance Fund.
 (V) Notwithstanding another provision of law, the ENDS Compliance Fund must be distributed annually in equal amounts as follows:
  (1) To an entity that conducts ENDS related health or cancer research as recommended by the Department of Behavioral Health.
  (2) To the Smoking Prevention and Cessation Trust Fund created pursuant to Section 11-11-250(A).
