Senator Martin proposes the following amendment (SR-5169.JG0009S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Chapter 1, Title 46 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

 Section 46-1-335. Public funds shall not be used for or dedicated to any agricultural economic development projects pursued by an entity with an ESG commitment.
