 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 72, PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, page 456, after line 15, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/72. (PSC: Suspend Section 58-33-130) Section 58-33-130 of the SC Code is suspended. /
