 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 574, proviso 117.83, lines 32-33, by striking:/ (14) assessing the impacts on the healthcare market that would occur if the State expanded eligibility for Medicaid as provided for in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act;/
