The Committee on Education proposes the following amendment (SEDU-1160.DB0002S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 59-5-105(C), by adding a subsection to read:

 (D) School mapping data is not subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
