Senator Martin proposes the following amendment (SR-77.CEM0002S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 59-19-85, by adding a subsection to read:

  (E) Implementation of this section and the requirements of this section are contingent upon the General Assembly appropriating adequate funding from the Education Lottery Account pursuant to Section 59-150-390.

Renumber sections to conform.
