Senators MARTIN and JACKSON proposes the following amendment (SR-77.CEM0004S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 59-19-85, by adding a subsection to read:

 (E) Funding by the State will be provided to those school districts without streaming capabilities as of the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.

Renumber sections to conform.
