EXPLANATION: Eliminate $30M from Education Scholarship Trust Fund and add funding for early childhood education initiatives and family engagement programs.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 7, line 6-7, opposite /EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP TRUST FUND/ by decreasing the amounts in Columns 3 and 4 by:
