Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 7, immediately after line 34, by inserting a new line to read:

K-12 Art Education Grants

 4,000,000 4,000,000

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
