EXPLANATION: Delete funding for the SC State Museum in Columbia Mills & Expansion to West Wing.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 29, STATE MUSEUM COMMISSION, page 75, line 8, opposite /Other Operating Expenses/ by decreasing the amounts in Columns 3 and 4 by:
