Rep. PACE proposes the following Amendment No. to H.4025 as introduced by Ways & Means

EXPLANATION: Require ETV to spend recurring funds on streaming and broadcasting government activities.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 8, EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION COMMISSION, page 341, after line 15, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ (ETV: Expenditure of Funds on Government Activities) In the current fiscal year, the commission shall expend all appropriated or authorized recurring funds on the sole purpose of streaming or broadcasting government activities. Government activities may include Legislative Committees, House and Senate Sessions, Governor's cabinet meetings or Commanders Briefing, Public Service Commission, South Carolina Supreme Court, South Carolina Court of Appeals, South Carolina Fiscal Accountability Authority, South Carolina Transportation Infrastructure Bank, State of the State Address, and WaterSC. /
