EXPLANATION: All unexpended funds for grant programs must be returned to the General Fund.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 49, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 398, paragraph 49.13, line 1-3, by amending the provio to read:

/ 49.13. (PRT: State Funded Grant Programs) Any unexpended general funds appropriated for the PARD Grants, Undiscovered SC, and Sports Marketing Grants Programs shall be carried forward from the prior fiscal year into the current fiscal year and used for the same purpose revert to the general fund. /

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
