Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 49, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 399, after line 16, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:
/ (PRT: Advertising and Sports Marketing Contracts) From the $7,000,0000 appropriated for Existing Advertising and Sports Marketing Contracts in proviso 118.22 for fiscal year 2025-26, funds shall spent be spent only to uphold existing advertising and sports marketing contractual agreements. In the current fiscal year, the department shall not enter into any contracts which require expenditure of state funds for advertising, marketing, promotions, or film productions and incentives. /
