Rep. CROMER proposes the following Amendment No. to H.4025 as introduced by Ways & Means

EXPLANATION: Require any balance from the prior fiscal year to be added as CTC funds.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 50, DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, page 399, paragraph 50.2, line 22-26, by amending the proviso to read:

/ 50.2. (CMRC: Economic Dev. Coordinating Council - Set Aside Fund) From the amount set aside in Section 12-28-2910, the council is authorized to use up to ten percent of such amount for actual operating expenses in support of administrative program costs and business recruitment and retention and up to $60,000 to support the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program, as approved by council. Any balance on June thirtieth of the prior fiscal year may be carried forward and expended for the same purposes in the current fiscal year must be designated as additional funding for Section 86 � County Transportation Funds to be appropriated using the current CTC distribution model. /
