EXPLANATION: An amendment to strike item (4) on the list of types of annual continuing training on domestic violence for magistrates.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 57, JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT, page 410, paragraph 57.13, line 25, by striking:/ (4) sensitivity to gender bias and cultural, racial, and sexual issues; /

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
