EXPLANATION: No payroll funds may be carried forward for and shall lapse to the general fund.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 501, paragraph 117.23, end of line 3, by inserting:

/HOWEVER, NO FUNDS APPROPRIATED

FOR CLASSIFIED OR UNCLASSIFED POSITIONS, OR ANY OTHER FUNDS BUDGETED FOR PAYROLL MAY BE CARRIED FORWARD, AND SHALL LAPSE TO THE GENERAL FUND./

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
