    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-23-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A VALID MARINE DEALER'S PERMIT ENTITLES THE MARINE DEALER TO ALLOW A PROSPECTIVE PURCHASER OF A USED WATERCRAFT OR OUTBOARD MOTOR OWNED BY A DEALER OR A PERSON OTHER THAN THE DEALER TO USE THE WATERCRAFT OR MOTOR ON A TRIAL OR DEMONSTRATION BASIS FOR UP TO FORTY-EIGHT HOURS WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT OF NEW REGISTRATION, NUMBERING, OR TITLING AND TO USE THE WATERCRAFT OR MOTOR AFTER PURCHASE UNTIL NEW REGISTRATION, NUMBERING, AND TITLING IS RECEIVED UNDER SPECIFIED CONDITIONS.
