    A Bill to amend Section 7-3-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Election Commission, so as to delete the provision relating to the times of the Commission's meetings and to authorize the Commission to change the location of the meeting under a certain condition; to amend Section 7-17-70, relating to elections, board of canvassers, and the hearing of appeals, so as to provide for an exception as to where the Board of State Canvassers shall meet; and to amend Section 7-17-220, relating to the meeting of the Board of State Canvassers, so as to provide for an exception as to where the Board shall meet after a General Election for the purpose of canvassing the vote at such election.-amended title
