    A Bill to amend Act 4 of 1979 relating to the establishment of a "Court Register" for the publication of the rules of the Supreme Court and for the effective date of these rules after submission to the General Assembly so as to provide that concurrent resolutions of the General Assembly disapproving these rules must be concurred in by two-thirds of the members of each House present and voting.
