    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 2-15-60 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DUTIES OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDIT COUNCIL, TO PROVIDE THAT THE LEGISLATIVE AUDIT COUNCIL PERFORM AUDITS FOR STATE AGENCIES EVERY FIVE YEARS AND TO SUBMIT A REPORT TO THE APPROPRIATE ENTITY OR PERSONS.
