    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-1-425 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO A SCHOOL'S CALENDAR, TO PROVIDE THAT EACH LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE STATE SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH AN ANNUAL CALENDAR FOR TEACHERS, STAFF, AND STUDENTS AND TO STRIKE LANGUAGE REGARDING A STATUTORY SCHOOL TERM AND PROVISIONS FOR MISSED SCHOOL DAYS.
