    A Bill to amend Section 38-3-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Advisory Committee to the Insurance Commission, so as to provide for the attendance of the committee members at public and executive commission meetings; and Section 38-3-110, relating to the duties of the Chief Insurance Commissioner, so as to revise his duties to report violations of the laws and to institute civil actions relative to the business of insurance.
