A Bill to amend Sections 50-13-1150 and 50-13-1155, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to commercial fishing licenses and permits and tags for nongame fishing devices, so as to increase resident licenses from fifty dollars to two hundred fifty dollars, nonresident licenses from five hundred dollars to seven hundred fifty dollars, and nonresident permit and tag fees to fifty dollars a tag or permit.
