A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-1-130 so as to authorize the governing body of any state agency, department, board, commission, or institution to adopt written attendance rules for members, to provide that violation of the rule except for good cause is considered resignation from office, and to define "good cause".
